    in Chelsea’s second book, “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea”, she talked about how her personal nutrisionist told her she could only have 1 cocktail a week, and she almost cried.

    Well I only drink water but I still eat steaks, chicken and bread. But I don’t drink alcohol. I ride my bike 5 miles a day 5 days a week, I’ve lost 8 lbs in about 3 weeks. I know it could be better.

    Actually, what I´ve been learrning is, that fruit DOES contain sugar in the form of fructos…so me, I stay away from bananas, strawberrys and melons and such…and I really don’t eat them on an empty stomach…they do raise your bloodsugar fast…just like sugarm wich is something one tends to avoid…

    If you’re replacing soda or milk with alcohol it may not be so ‘bad for your health’. But alcohol is still a compromise to a diet. Sometimes I have a couple glasses of red wine but I’m not going to act like it is healthy. If you ferment fruit it doesn’t cause it to be more nutritious. Fresh, real juice is healthy but not booze…

    I eat 6 to 7 fruits …
    I eat 6 to 7 fruits and 5 to6 veggies. Also no meat at all unless its a celebration mosly i eat fish and chicken but more fish really. I drink about 2 too3 bottles of water and oatmeal whole grain bread and nuts.
