If you’re replacing soda or milk with alcohol it may not be so ‘bad for your health’. But alcohol is still a compromise to a diet. Sometimes I have a couple glasses of red wine but I’m not going to act like it is healthy. If you ferment fruit it doesn’t cause it to be more nutritious. Fresh, real juice is healthy but not booze…
Um i have a … Um i have a question i work out like lifting weights and stuff and running is that considered working out and have many time do you eat a day? i used to weight 110 and now i weigh 140 bc the shot i take i want to loos it so bad!!!!!
I eat 6 to 7 fruits … I eat 6 to 7 fruits and 5 to6 veggies. Also no meat at all unless its a celebration mosly i eat fish and chicken but more fish really. I drink about 2 too3 bottles of water and oatmeal whole grain bread and nuts.
